Guacamole is one of those perfect foods. When there is a party I often volunteer to make some quac as it is fast and easy and always a hit. Often served as an appetizer with chips it is also fabulous on burgers. The trick to good guacamole is the perfectly ripe avacado. Guacamole does not store well as it turns brown quickly so making it fresh and serving immediately is always the best way. Fresh avacadoes, jalapeno, lime juice, garlic, onion and cilantro all mixed together for a delicious appetizer. Good luck though not eating all the chips.
