How do I thin gravy?

Cindy's answer: Thin with water, broth, wine, or water from pasta or rice. A whisk works best.

Sally's answer: Thin with stock, water, wine. After you add, cook for a minute to cook off any alcohol.

Michele's answer: Thin with stock or wine.
