Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 2TBS sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 sticks cold unsalted butter diced
- 1 TBS butter for greasing pan
- 1 large can sliced peaches or can use 5 fresh large ripe peaches
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 TBS cinnamon
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425
- Mix together by hand the flour, butter, sugar, salt, and baking powder to form a bowl (do not over kneed)
- Grease a 9x13 baking dish
- Press dough into baking dish
- Place peaches over dough (if using fresh then peel and slice)
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 Tbs cinnamon over peaches
- Place in oven for 15 minutes
- Mix 2 egg yolks and 1 cup cream
- Pour over peaches
- Continue to bake an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve warm
