Boiled Lobster

 Lobsters are so festive.  They are easy  make if you can get over handling a live thing and plunging it in boiling water!  After you do it once you'll be able to do it next time much easier.

Ingredients:
  • Live lobster
  • 2 Tbs sea salt for every 2 liters of water
  • Melted butter for serving cooked lobster about 3 TBS per person
  • Lemon for serving about 1/2 lemon per  person 
Directions:
  • Boil salted water
  • Hold lobster behind the claws and drop head first into the boiling water
  • Cover pot and boil and begin timing......10 minutes for the first pound and then 3 minutes for each extra pound ( 2lb lobster at 13 minutes)
  • Drain and serve hot
  • Serve with individual bowls of melted butter and lemon
