Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 2  large eggs
  • 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 9 inch deep-dish pie crust unbaked 
Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together in small bowl, in larger mixing bowl, beat the eggs, stir in pumpkin and sugar and spice mixture, slowly stir in the evaporated milk.  pour into pie crust.  Bake for 15 minutes in 425 oven then lower oven temp to 350.  Bake 450 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.  cool for 2 hours, serve or refrigerate, do not freeze.
