Brie wrapped in dough

Serve with sliced apples, pear and crackers

  •  1 small round brie (approx 4-5 inches)
  • 1 package prepared crescent roll
  • 4 tablespoon of your favorite fruit preserve ex. apple cinnamon, jalapeno pepper, pear
  • 1 egg beaten
  •  unwrapped pastry and flatten down the seams
  • spread preserves in the middle of pastry
  • place brie over preserves
  • wrap pastry around tucking in the bottom and cutting off extra dough
  • flip over and place in the non stick baking sheet or prepared pie pan
  • brush beaten egg all over pastry
  • bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until its golden brown
