Watercress and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients:
  • watercress
  • blue cheese
  • red onions
  • yellow pepper
  • cucumber
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • lemon
Directions:
  • clean the water cress cutting off the ends at the end of the leaf that are really log and might stick out of your mouth embarassingly
  • wash and slice the pepper
  • wash and peel and slice the cucumber
  • slice some of a red onion
  • Cut a few slices of a nice blue cheese. Gorgonzola is a powerful one. Kind of goey and sticky ... so you slice a coiuple of pieces and crumble it onto the salad .
  • drizzle some olive oil, balsamic vinegar and then squeeze 1/4 to 1/2 lemon on the salad
