Easy Homemade Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
  • 1 package chicken tenders,
  • 2 containers chicken stock,
  • 3 carrots,
  • 1 small onion,
  • 3 stalks of celery,
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup of cooking white wine (or real wine if you have any
  • dash of dried basil,
  • 2 cups dried egg noodles
Directions:
  • place chicken tenders on a baking dish and cook in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the chicken turns white.
  • Remove.
  • In the stock pot, add diced carrots, celery, garlic, basil and onion.
  • Add chicken stock, bring to a boil and add white wine.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • While the broth is simmering, cut up chicken in bit-size pieces and add to the broth.
  • Add dried noodles, reduce the heat down and cover.
  • Serve when the noodles are cooked.
