Ingredients:
- 2 bags of mini potatoes
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 yellow or red pepper chopped
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill (chopped) or 1 tablespoon dry
- salt and peper

Directions:
- wash and scrub potatoes and cut into quarters
- put into saucepan, cover with water and put on the stove bringing to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are tender
- chop veggies and set aside
- mix the rest of the ingredients and set aside
- when potatoes are done, take off the stove and drain in a colander and to cool in the bowl
- add veggies
- add dressing mixture a half at a time or until you reach the desired about of dressing in the salad
- salt and pepper to taste
- cover and put into frig to chill
