Summer Steak Salad

Ingredients:
  • 4 small thin steaks
  • 3 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • 1/3 chopped sweet onion
  • 1/3 chopped red pepper
  • 1/3 chopped yellow pepper
  • 1/3 cup sweet pickles chopped
  •  salt and pepper
Directions:
  • light grill to high
  • dredged steak in BBQ sauce and place on grill when hot enough
  • cook until desire doneness (usually 2-3 minutes per side for a 1/2 steak)
  • while steak is cooking, chop remainder of ingredients and place into a bowl
  • place on cutting board to cool and slice into 1/2 inch cubed
  • add steak when cool, salt and pepper
  • * can also use left-over steak with this recipes-just leave out the grilling and add BBQ sauce cut in half into the miture
