Pulled BBQ Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 4-6 Chicken breast, bone and skin on
  • 1 large bottle of bbq sauce 
Directions:
  • bake the chicken breasts in a roasting pan until golden brown
  • remove and let sit to cool
  • while the chicken is still warm, remove skin and shred the meat off the bone
  • place meat in bowl and pour BBQ sauce over the chicken and stir
  • refrigerate for an hour before using
  • reheat and serve on a bun
