Grilled Corn on the Cob

 Nothing says summer like corn on the cob fresh off the stalk.  This is an easy and delicious way to serve it.  

  • Fresh corn on the cob with husks (one per person)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter...approx 1 TBS per ear of corn 
  • Turn down husks and remove corn silk but keep husks attached to base of corn
  • Melt butter add salt and pepper and brush on  exposed corn kernels
  • Cover corn again with husks 
  • Place on heated grill about 15 minutes turning occasionally
  • Remove husks and serve
  • Note:  If in a rush corn can be placed just as it comes on a heated grill and husks removed after grilling 15 minutes
