Boiled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:
  • Freshest corn on the cob (one per person)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Butter approx 1TBS per ear of corn 
Directions:
  • Shuck the corn just prior to cooking removing silk and husks
  • Place all corn on the cobs in boiling water
  • Boil 4-10 minutes 
  • Remove from boiling water and rub with butter and season with salt and pepper
