| Maryland Style Crab Cakes |

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of lump crab meat
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/8 pound of butter
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
- Dredge flour over the crab and stir gently
- add cream and seasoning to the beaten egg
- pour over crab and mix gently
- melt butter in skillet
- drop large spoonfuls of crab mixture to hot butter
- brown on one side and gently turn to the other side until golden brown
