| Roast Chicken in Ginger Beer |

Ingredients:
- one whole chicken-cleaned and guts out
- one can of ginger beer
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- 5 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper

Directions:
- chop garlic and spread all over the chicken-inside and out
- place chicken in a roasting pan and into oven
- cook with now extra juice for 1 hour or until the internal temperature is 120 degress
- pour ginger beer and chicken stock over the chicken and baste with it every 10 minutes
- cook until internal temperature is 180 degrees
- place cooked chicken on cutting board to cool
- place roasting palce on top of the stove and cook down the jiuces
- slice chicken and serve with the jiuce over it
