Apple Sauce
SallyServe hot or cold
Ingredients:
  • 4 apples peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch chucks
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon water
Directions:
  • place apple pieces in saucepan with water
  • cover with lid and place on stove on high
  • cook until the apples are soft
  • pour off extra liquid
  • add vanilla, sugar and cinnamon
  • mash with a potatoes masher or fork
