  • refried bean
  • grated cheddar
  • maybe olive oil optional
  • veggies
  • chicken or ground beef
  • sliced olives.

Take 2 tortillas, spread one with refried beans and sprinkle grated cheddar on it. Place the other on top. Heat in microwave for 1 minute. Slice like a pizza or use a scissor to cut it into wedges. In the frying pan, put about 1 Tbs. oil in and heat. Cook 30 seconds on one side and flip it. 30 seconds on the other side. You can put anything you want in here as long as it's already cooked. Left over chicken , cut into bits, veggies, sauteed or , in the case of sliced olives or tomatoes, or marinated artichoke hearts(drain them first),raw. Just let it cook a little longer. Garnish it with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole if you like.
