Easy Egg Scramble

 We also call this Pittsburgh Eggs

Ingredients:
  • 8 pieces bacon(cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1/3/4 milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup of dry bread creams
  • 1/2 lb swiss cheese
  • salt and pepper
Directions:
  • soak break cubes in milk for 5 minutes
  • drain milk into beaten eggs and add salt and pepper
  • Melt 1.2 butter in frying pan and cook the egg until slightly cooked
  • Add soaked bread cubes
  • turn over light ly and turn off heat
  • Place mixture into a 9" baking dish
  • Arrange swiss cheese over egg mixture 
  • Melt the other part of butter and mix in dry bread crumbs, sprinkle over the top and add crumbled bacon
  • Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese bubbles.
