Barbeque lamb chops with garlic and rosemary
JoannaThe small rib chops are quick to cook... the Saratogas just a few minutes more.
  • Ask for rib chops or have a rack of lamb sliced into rib chops. Also, lamb loin chops or Saratoga cut lamb chops are generous and gorgeous... but the little rib chops are fun and easy to eat with your fingers.
  • Rosemary
  • garlic
  • olive oil .
  • place the lamb chops in a bowl
  • coarsely chop the garlic, pick the fresh rosemary.
  • Drizzle the lamb chops with olive oil and add the garlic and rosemary and toss them with your hands to coat them in the garlic and rosemary and oil.
  • Let them sit for a sort while or better for a longer while until ready to cook.
  • Broil them or better yet and cleaner and easier put them on the grill.
