Portabello Mushrooms on the Grille

Ingredients:
  • Portabello mushrooms ( one per person )
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar 
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • parsley
Directions:
  • clean the mushrooms and put them into the plastic bag you may have bought them in.
  • chop the parsley and garlic
  • put the olive oil, vinegar, garlic and parley into the plastic bag with the mushrooms and shake them... careful not to destroy the mushrooms.
  • Grill them on both sides for about 5 minutes each.
  • Either serve whole or sliced into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick slices
