Blue cheese dip and dressing

This is great for a dip with vegetables. Carrots, celery, bell pepper sliced, green onion...Also try it instead of ranch dressing with your spicy wings (or buffalo wings).

  • 1 inch wedge or package of crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 pint of sour cream or creme fraiche 
  • 1 clove of garlic pressed
  • pinch of sugar
  • a sqeeze of lemon
  • 1 tsp ( or more to taste) red onion or shallots
  • Break up the blue cheese or buy it packaged crumbled and put it into your bowl.
  • Add sour creme or creme fraiche and the garlic and mash with a fork.
  • Add the pinch of sugar and stir in.
  • Add the vinegar and stir.
  • Chop the onion or shallots and lemon and stir.
