Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
  •  1 lb. of shrimp
  • 1/2 dry brown rice
  • 1 1/2 chicken stock
  • 1 package of flour tortillas
  • 1 jar of your favorite salsa
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 squeezed lime
  • 6 asparagus
  • salt and pepper
Directions:
  • marinate cleaned, shelled, deveined shrimp in lime juice and salt and pepper for 1/2 hour
  • prepare and cook brown rice
  • steam asparagus-set aside
  • skewer shrimp and grill until done (while and crispy edges)
  •  slice avocado and chop asparagus
  • heat tortilla is the fry pan
  • add shrimp, rice, asparagus, avocado and salsa to a tortilla and enjoy
