Grilled Romaine Salad

 This is a super easy dish!

Ingredients:
  •  2 heads of romaine lettuce
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
  • cut the lettuce in half lengthwise 
  • cut off any brownish spots
  • brush with oil
  • grill turning several times until slightly soft and slightly chard
  • place on plate
  • sprinkle with salt, pepper, vinegar and cheese
