Really Easy Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:
  •  1/3 package of vanilla instant breakfast or 1/8 cup of protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries, sliced (you can also use frozen berries but forget the ice cubes)
  • 1/4 sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of juice (orange, pineapple, cranberry)
  • 2 small ice cubes
Directions:
  • place all the ingredients in the container and blend
  • be careful using too many ice cubes with the hand blender-you could blend the blades depending on the quality of you immersion
