White Wine Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • garlic
  • dash of basil
  •  
Directions:
  •  Saute chicken breast from Sauteed Chicken breasts recipe
  • drain chicken on paper throw while making the sauce
  • over a med-low heat, saute garlic
  • add white wine and cook down in half
  • add chicken stock
  • add basil and return chicken breasts to the pan
  • the gravy will thicken with the floured chicken breast
  • salt and pepper to taste
