Gary's Bachelor Pork Chops

Ingredients:
  •  4 center cut pork chops
  • 2 large potatoes or 3 small
  • 1 bag of frozen french style green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
  •  heat the oil in the fry pan
  • brown pork chops on both sides while slicing the potatoes (skin on thin slices)
  • add potatoes on top
  • add green beans
  • put the lid on top of the pan and cook for 45 minutes  (over medium heat) until potatoes are tendered.
Serves:Serves 4
