Italian String Beans in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
  •  1lb. string beans frenched (Put through the end of a special peeler to slice the string bean lengthwise) or can use frozen frenched string beans
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • small can peeled whole tomatoes
  • 5 cloves sliced garlics
  • salt and pepper
Directions:
  •  Coat bottom of saucepan with olive oil and saute garlic
  • Add string beans and can of tomatoes
  • Cover and simmer 1 hour.
Serves:Serves 6
