BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
  • 4 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 bottle of BBQ sauce
  • 1 bottle ketchup
  • 1/3 cup of Vermont maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons dijon type mustard
  • 1 tables garlic

 

Directions:
  • snip in between the bones of the ribs up to 1 inch of the top
  • mix and add the rest of the ingredients into a saucepan, stir and bring to a boil, lower heat and cook for 10 minutes at a slow simmer
  • place ribs in a roasting pan and cover with the sauce, all sides
  • cover with foil
  • cook in the oven for 2 hours, turning the ribs over a few times (I like when the meat is falling off the bone)
  •  heat grill to high and place ribs on the grill, searing the ribs on both side-about 8 minutes each
