Ingredients:
  •  2 boxes vanilla or coconut instant pudding mix
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 10-15 ginger snaps
  • 1 small angel food cake or pound cake
  • 1 cups heavy cream
  • dash of vanilla
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
Directions:
  •  make pudding according to package, refrigerate
  • slice cake in thin slices, crumble cookies and slice bananas
  • whip heavy cream with vanilla
  • begin layering ingredients starting with cake on the bottom, pudding, cookies, bananas-repeat and end with the whipped cream
  • top with coconut
