Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients:
 
Black bean burgers
One can black beans
One can canneline beans
One can red kidney
Two garlic gloves chopp
One half small onion chopped
One red pepper chopped
One tablespoon chopped cilantro
One small package of yellow rice
One tablespoon olive oil
Salsa. 1/4 cup 

 

Directions:

 

 Rinse beans drain and heat in oil until warm enough to mash with a masher

Cook rice. Chop veggie and add to bean mixture
 
Add rice a tablespoon at a time in order to binned together the beans add salsa 
cilantro salt and pepper.  
Form into patties and freeze until firm
Cook on grill heating through before flipping
